The school working hours are from 8.45 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Without the Principal’s prior permission, no student will be allowed to leave the school premises during the session, except during lunch interval (by showing a lunch pass).
Parents may meet the Principal and Teachers between 4.30 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. only on school working days.
Prior information should be given to take leave, whether for half a day or more. In case of illness, the Principal must be informed immediately, and leave letter should be submitted by the Pupil at the earliest possible.
Latecomers are not allowed to enter the campus. Students will be sent home if they are not in proper uniform, havent completed their homework or fail to bring the required and notebooks.
Absence on the reopening day is not permitted. All students should be on the campus in time for the morning assembly.
Parents or guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in the classroom without the permission of the principal or to take their children during class hours. (especially on examination days).
Although every care will be taken regarding the pupils’ property, the school will not be responsible for any theft or loss.
A fine will be collected from individual students or groups for any damage to or breakage of school property.
Parents are advised not to send mobile phones, valuables, or money (unless required) with their children. Students should not come to school on scooters or motor bikes without a licence.
WITHDRAWALS
Two months' notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil from the school.
The Transfer Certificate shall be issued only to those who have settled all their dues.
The Transfer Certificate must be applied for and collected in person by the parent / guardian.
Withdrawal of students should take place before 1st April of every year.
